Pricing
Mends begin at $60 plus $25 for shipping. This covers the consolation for your custom design, materials, and the first hour of repair. If you live in Brooklyn and drop off the item(s) yourself, I will wave the shipping fee of $25. For mends that require more time or special materials, additional prices will apply and a quote will be given.
An order does not have to pertain to one item. For example, it can be one jacket that needs a lot of work or it can be three sweaters that need little (like a moth hole or two on each).

To Place an Order & How I Work
For repair inquires or general questions, please email me at [email protected] with a picture of your item, where the repair(s) are needed, and their approximately size(s).
If you have a particular style, design in mind, or fabric you want to use, please include that in the initial email.
After receiving your order, I will email you back with ideas for your custom order and a quote. I accept payments through Venmo, Cash App, and cash of course, is best.
If you live in Brooklyn, NY, that's local! If you would like to use a courier service for delivery I recommend AirPals (airplay.net). You are also more than welcome to drop it off yourself for a 10% discount off the first hour.
Being that each mend is custom and hand sewn, it take anywhere from two weeks- a month and a half for completion. This depends on how many repairs the cloth needs and how much detail is in the mend.
PLEASE WASH ANYTHING YOU ARE HAVING REPAIRED BEFORE HAND.
Many people trust me with their things and I take great pride in caring for the items once they are in my possession. Clothes that are not clean, contain moth eggs, or other insects will be promptly sent back with the client still being charged the full $60. This is something I do not like doing, I would rather fix the piece of cloth, but I will not subject other customer's items to contamination.
* please note, I specialize in visible mending, not invisible. I can make the mend more subtle, just specify in the email if you would like that.
** also please note, I repair things custom and by hand, turnaround time is usually after receiving the item is 2-4 weeks for most mends. If the item needs multiple repairs, or there is more than one item in an order it could take longer. I will note that in my initial email.
